The 82nd legislature passed laws changing the rights and responsibilities of Property Owners Associations (POAs). These state-mandated changes required the HOA board to revise a number of administrative policies, procedures and documents of record.
The board has been working on the necessary revisions since June and will be voting on final drafts of the documents at our October meeting. Copies of the draft documents can be found on attached to the September board meeting on the HOA calendar or in the Governance section of the HOA web site under Draft Policies and Procedures..
