Summer is in full swing, and its time to remind parents to keep an eye out when their kids are at the neighborhood pool. Insurance and safety considerations require children under the age of 12 to be accompanied by an adult member at all times when using the pool and pavilion facilities.
In the interests of safety, and in accordance with neighborhood bylaws and rules, unaccompanied children will be asked to leave the pool and pavilion area. Questions about this policy can be forwarded to the Board of Directors or to the HOA Administrator.
